Residential Subdivisions
We have developed numerous residential subdivisions over the past decades. Currently, we are selling beautiful lots in section V of the upscale Hickory Hills subdivision on the eastern edge of Pekin. Hickory Hills is currently the site of 70 beautiful homes, with an eventual final plat of 150 lots.
